Making Real Nutrition Practical
For over twenty years, Dr. Cheryl Bothwell, Doctor of Clinical Nutrition and Registered Dietitian, helped patients feel better through nutrition. When convenient options on the market fell short, she created her own. Her patients kept asking for it. That became Mother F.
Paired with high fiber (29% daily value), healthy fats, and whole ingredients, the body absorbs it more gradually — supporting steady energy rather than spikes. It’s about balance, not elimination.
Why is the bar $8.99?
Because it’s not a typical bar.
97 grams vs 50 gram snacks nearly double the size of most bars.
Made with organic sun-dried fruit, oats, seeds, and nuts.
No fillers, no cheap ingredients — check the label
Cold-formed to protect texture and ingredient integrity
This is a full, nutrient-rich food — not a snack-sized compromise.

Initially my introduction to single meal bars versus protein bars was with OSM bars from New Zealand. Great product but took 6 weeks delivered and contacting anyone, a person with the company fell flat. So perused the internet for a trusted single meal in u.s.a. Yep...loving Mother F bars and whole experience with value for cost, delivered right off as promised. I am presently living in an RV have access to friends fridge freezer shower electric etc so not operating off grid using propane and messing with ice for a cooler a drag. Switched up to dry foods, products for core diet that offers real, vetted powerhouse of healthful one shot, one bite inclusive powerhouse as base food for my days. So as requested I sent a Photo..whoops assumed I could include text description. Anyways photo is of a Raven eating peanuts..Occasionally I share my treasured Mother F bars with the 5 Ravens that hangout with me daily stead if other safe/liked foods. Might capture that later on in photo image. Steven B.
Five stars! MOTHERF bars taste amazing, and the delivery service was spot on. I ordered on a Friday and received them the very next day, on Saturday. That kind of turnaround is impressive! Delicious bars and outstanding service. Highly recommend!

These bars are changing our life. I use as a quick snack on the go, and also a meal replacement. The food value is consistent and gives me the energy I need
I learned about the protein bar watching the RM Fantasy SXperts when they interviewed I’m guessing the owner… they are totally correct when it comes to the bar tastes good not like other protein bars. And yes it held me over for quite a while, more that I’m used to until lunch time, or even dinner time. Definitely will be purchasing more and I have been telling ppl about this bar.
Giving people what they actually want and need!
My family lives a very active lifestyle, and because of a few dietary restrictions, we're extremely mindful about what we eat. We read the ingredient labels on everything, and Mother F has created a product without compromise, prioritizing quality ingredients over profit margins. The bars are packed with great flavor and made with ingredients we can feel good about.
Mother F bars have become my go-to fuel for long days on the single track, and they're what help my wife power through her busy schedule. While they aren't necessarily the snack we let the kids grab freely from the pantry, they are by far the cleanest meal replacement, and overall snack option in our house.
It's refreshing to find a company that focuses on real ingredients and delivers a product that tastes great while supporting an active, healthy lifestyle.

I bought these bars for my partner and he flew out to Washington DC for work. His company was installing 40+ foot screens in the new Lincoln Memorial Museum. He didn't have time for a break and there were no lunch spots close to the job site, so the Mother F bars saved him. He really enjoys them and they came in clutch in DC! Thank you.
Every adventure we are grateful
To have a bar. Helps the golf game. Then for moto…. And Mountain biking as you head back to the adventure van all depleted …. What’s in your tool Box ?
Woo Hoo!!!
What an amazing gift, I cannot express how much I appreciate receiving Mother F - Meal replacement bars.
They are my absolute favorite bar, love the texture, great flavor and keeps me full for hours. If you haven't tried them yet you are missing out.
As a nurse pulling long shifts with zero time for real meals, this new bar is a game-changer. Keeps me full for hours, tastes great and gives steady energy without a crash. Perfect grab-and-go fuel. Already stocked my locker with them! Highly recommend. I also take them on long hikes to keep me going. Love them.
A little for the kids and a little more for me! I can no longer have my bar in peace, now my kids like them. Luckily these things are big enough to share.
This isn’t a bar, it’s a real meal. You taste it immediately. Clean, rich, and actually satisfying. Every ingredient feels intentional, nothing artificial, nothing wasted.
And the flavor? Genuinely addictive. It’s rare to find something this functional that also tastes this good.
Finally, something that delivers on both nutrition and experience.
This was my first time using Mother F bars, and it was at a marathon MTB event of 100 Kms (63 miles). The bars texture and flavor are great, easy to digest and kept me going throughout the trails.
I watched a lot of College & Pro Football this past weekend.... I noticed (for the 1st time) Snack Tray Items being offered to the players as they exited the field at 1/2-time.
I didn't see any Mother F's in the trays, but I thought to myself - there should be!!!!
